We maintain optimal hosting performance for our clients by providing a state-of-the-art, multi-level facility.  The facility features: dual power - both battery and generator backups that are instant and long-term, multiple levels of security including individual locked cabinets, cooling and humidity controlled environment with carrier class grounding for protection from environmental conditions, and fire suppression.  The facility is secured, logged and monitored 24 hours/7 days a week with customer service for support contact. Our servers include a load balanced web cluster that manages website traffic to help performance while including two DNS servers that are geographically diverse.

The power behind the data includes a regional OC-192 pipe with an Ethernet ring protected network and three diversely routed optical interconnects in and out of our location.  We have direct access to major telecommunications carriers and service providers.  With access to high-speed connectivity across the region, our system can easily adjust bandwidth on demand that can scale from 1MB to 10GB.

Our servers utilize a rack dense approach in which hold two firewalls that operate in a high availability cluster to uphold our 99.9% uptime.  The storage server collects nightly backups of customer data for recovery, if needed.  Our configuration also includes different servers for ecommerce and email with anti-Spam defense.  We employ both Linux open source and Microsoft platforms for top performance and security.  For our ecommerce sites, all sites include SSL-128 bit encryption security, which protects sensitive data and verifies authenticity of the website.  They are signed by a tier 1 trusted certification authority.  For our domain registration, we use Open SRS and are the technical contact for the domains registered.
