The Challenge
Crux Fermentation Project is not like any other brewery, they craft some of the most unique beers in the Pacific Northwest, using original ingredients and combinations to create one-of-a-kind brews. The brewery was brought to life within an industrial complex near Bend, Oregon’s historic Old Mill District. Its interior and brewing equipment were sourced from reclaimed materials both locally and across the ocean.
